Admin Officer (Records Digitisation)

• Basic up to $2,900 per month + Completion Bonus (1-month)
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Buona Vista MRT

Responsibilities:

• Support knowledge management initiatives to strengthen organisational learning.
• Develop and maintain a structured knowledge repository with effective filing systems.
• Implement user-friendly access mechanisms to enable quick and efficient information retrieval.
• Ensure institutional knowledge is systematically documented and accessible across the organisation.
• Consolidate oral histories with existing records to produce publications and establish sustainable processes for ongoing knowledge preservation.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in administrative, project coordination, or transformation roles.
• Familiarity with government processes and Whole-of-Government solutions is a plus.
• Meticulous individual who works well in a team.
