Admin Officer (GOVT/WEST/ENTRY-LEVEL)

We are seeking a candidate to support operations through admin tasks, stakeholder coordination, and data processing in a fast-paced environment!

Location: Jurong

Duration: 10 months (subject to renewal)

Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $14.20 Per Hour

Job Scope:

• Process applications and manage sample data, including registration, retrieval, and tagging of results
• Coordinate with stakeholders on sample submissions and preparation of results
• Address enquiries from stakeholders relating to the process standards
• Handle administrative duties, including registration tracking, reminders, invitations, visitor management, and logistics
• Assist in scheduling internal and external meetings, including stakeholder engagements

Requirements:

• Diploma qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
