• Collect and archive daily FormSG submissions for data compilation
• Process FormSG submissions and handle appeal cases for Project related matters
• Maintain and update case status records in the system
• Respond to correspondence related to Project through the platform
• Manage all incoming telephone enquiries related to Project
• Extract and compile historical records data as required
• Prepare periodic statistical reports and data summaries
