• Process applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and documentation management.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in transmitting necessary information.
• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
• Assess applicants’ eligibility for schemes and benefits.
• Incorporate computed figures into comprehensive financial plans.
• Process cases, such as reviewing applications and verifying documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
