Admin Executive [Govt]

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and archive daily submission records for data compilation.
• Review submitted entries and manage appeal cases related to the Project.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case status records in the system.
• Respond to Project-related correspondence through the platform.
• Handle all incoming telephone enquiries concerning the Project.
• Extract and compile historical records as required.
• Prepare periodic statistical reports and data summaries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum A Levels and above
