We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support daily operations and case management for a project. The role involves handling submissions, maintaining records, responding to enquiries, and preparing reports to ensure smooth and timely administration.

Job Description

• Retrieve and archive daily online form submissions for record keeping and data tracking.
• Review and process submissions, including handling appeal cases related to the project.
• Update and maintain accurate case records in the system.
• Respond to enquiries and correspondence through official platforms.
• Manage incoming phone enquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Extract historical data and compile records when required.
• Prepare regular statistical reports and data summaries for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum A/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
