Admin Associate – Dental Clinic (Telok Blangah)

What You Will Do

• Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic’s daily schedule efficiently

• Process payments and manage billing, including dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals

• Maintain accurate clinic records and ensure timely submission of reports

• Manage office supplies, dental product inventory, and stationery

• Be the welcoming face of the clinic: greet patients, handle walk-ins, and respond to enquiries by phone and email

• Perform other administrative duties to support smooth clinic operations

What You Need

• Diploma or degree in any discipline

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional manner

• Proficient with computer applications and comfortable learning new systems

• Able to work rotating shifts including at least one weekend day

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, admin, or customer service is a strong advantage
