Admin Assistant (Academy)

Working location: Choa Chu Kang

Working hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am to 6pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Contract period: 12 months

• Communicate course placement details to participants using digital tools
• Upload and distribute course materials promptly
• Prepare course certificates using LetterSG
• Coordinate visitor entry/exit procedures including security clearance and parking
• Set up venue including laptops and AV equipment configuration
• Manage logistical arrangements and packing of collaterals
• Coordinate meal arrangements and catering logistics
• Procure routine services and raise POs for existing contracts
• Monitor and track supplies to ensure availability
• Basic troubleshooting of equipment and facilities
• Support ad-hoc programme delivery and operational needs
• Design and publicity work if required

Requirements:

• Min diploma in any discipline
