a. Purchasing with regular suppliers including issuing Purchase Orders and updating payments
b. Prepare cheques for payments
c. Sourcing for new suppliers for new materials when required
d. Receiving orders delivery and arranging for collection from departments
e. Filing of documents
f. Answering phone calls and routing to relevant staff
g. Compiling, maintaining, and updating company vehicles records
h. Arranging for vehicle fleet’s inspections, and insurances
i. Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
j. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
