ACLP/ACTA Trainer in Finance for Non-Finance Professionals

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will train at Telok Blangah/Vivocity area most of the time
• Deliver in-person instructor-led training
• Explain finance and accounting concepts in a simple, practical manner
• Use real-world business examples and case studies
• Engage participants with interactive discussions and exercises
• Arrive 30 minutes before class
• Ensure feedback form is filled
• Continuously improve course notes and exercise files
• Answer questions from past learners

REQUIREMENT

• ACTA/ACLP certified Trainers
• Have at least 5 years of working experience
• Strong background in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Professional experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit, or business management
• Proven training or facilitation experience (corporate training preferred)
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-finance audiences
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, CA) is an advantage
• Passionate about teaching and adult learning
• Confident presenter with strong facilitation skills
• Practical, business-oriented approach (not overly academic)
• Reliable and professional
