Accounts Executive

Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and other advisory services to a variety of clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, theregional law firm with which we are associated.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Accounts Executive.

Job Descriptions: 

• Responsible for timely preparation of accounts as well as all general accounting functions in an accurate and timely manner for our clients.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure that clients’ financial accounting processes meet statutory requirements and comply with the accounting policies, statutory regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Prepare corporate income tax computations and tax returns for our clients.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents, as and when required.
• Analyze, assist and recommend financial implications in various operational issues for our clients. 
• Establish, develop and maintain good client relationships.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma/degree majoring in Accountancy or ACCA qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling full books of accounts, preferably with experience inpreparation of income tax computations.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently, hands-on and meticulous with high level of motivation.
• Good analytical skills and ability to cope with tight reporting deadlines.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent PC skills particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills in spoken Mandarin (and written Chinese) would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
