Accounting Executive (Entry-Level)

• 1 Year contract
• Healthcare Sector
• West Area
• Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm, Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Up to $3500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Manage full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Process and reconcile bank statements (up to 8 pages) with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper data entry
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with audits and other finance-related tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance
• Experience in AP/AR preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting software
