Job Title: Accountant
Role Summary

Provide accounting and analytical support to the Finance Manager in management reporting, cost accounting and compliance matters for the Singapore manufacturing operations. This role involves gathering, validatingand analysing financial and operational data, preparing performance reports, and supporting costing, inventory and fixed asset oversight across both the plant setup and ongoing operational phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse management and statutory reports.
• Gather and validate financial and operational data.
• Support product costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Assist with inventory costing and fixed asset management.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns.
• Support annual corporate tax filing and compliance requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audit coordination, including preparation of supporting schedules and documentation.
• Support regulatory and compliance reviews as required.
• Support budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to process improvement and strengthening of internal controls.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned in support of the finance function and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable handling large datasets.
• Able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Willing to work in Tampines and Town Area.
