ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job Description

1. Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

2. Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

3. Manage cash flow, including budgeting, forecasting, and fund allocation to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.

4. Handle internal and external audit processes, and ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and tax requirements in Singapore.

5. Identify and assess financial and operational risks, and implement appropriate internal controls and mitigation measures.

6. Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making and business strategy.

7. Lead the annual budgeting process, including planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation.

8. Oversee asset management processes, including inventory controls and safeguarding of company assets.

9. Review and improve expense management policies to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

10. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax agents, and business partners.

11. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.

3. Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

4. Experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be an advantage.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

7. Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages may be an advantage to support business communications with regional stakeholders.
